Combining an incredibly light weight with surprising stability the Yonex SHT304 shoe provides plenty of speed and comfort Similar to the flagship model the SHT307 in many ways this shoe trades out one of the many stability features in exchange for an even lighter weight One important note on the fit of this shoe and Yonex shoes in general is that they are designed with the Super Ergoshape last which is a bit narrower in the heel but wider in the forefoot designed to accomodate the foot during play Increasing the comfort of the SHT304 is the 3Layer Power Cushion which uses a multilayered shock absorbing material in the heel that consists of a top and bottom layer of a firmer EVA resisting deformation a bit for lasting comfort The insole is the Power Cushion Insole CF which rounds the area from the middle of the foot towards the heel resulting in a more even distribution of weight for nimble footwork and less strain The YStrap is integrated along with the lacing system to support the ankle for quick movement and cuts required by players that rely on their speed and is complimented by the Power Graphite Lite plate along the bottom of the shoe The main difference between this shoe and the slightly heavier SHT307 is that the SHT304 uses the Hyper msLite midsole which is the lightest midsole currently offerred
